About

Nicky Newson is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Osteopath with over two decades of healthcare experience. After qualifying as a Registered General Nurse in 1994, Nicky spent 17 years working in Sussex and Kent, specialising in high dependency care and casualty. Her extensive nursing background provided her with invaluable insight into patient care, which she later combined with osteopathic principles upon retraining as an osteopath. She graduated in 2003 from the renowned European School of Osteopathy.

With a deep commitment to holistic health, Nicky takes pride in offering personalised care that blends her medical knowledge with her osteopathic expertise. She works with patients of all ages, from newborn babies to the elderly, and finds great joy in helping her older patients maintain mobility and improve their quality of life. Nicky’s approach is always gentle and tailored to the individual, recognising that each person’s needs are unique.

Alongside her osteopathic training, Nicky is qualified in western acupuncture/dry needling, and practices both cranial and structural osteopathy. She continually enhances her skills through professional development and training to ensure she is up-to-date with the latest techniques and treatments.

In addition to her work with people, Nicky is also a qualified canine osteopath, treating dogs of all ages on a mobile basis. Whether supporting post-surgery recovery, addressing trauma, or helping older dogs stay active, Nicky offers compassionate care for dogs in the comfort of their own homes.
